Am 25. August war es wieder soweit und die Good Sons spielten Songs von David Bowie, ich habe sie live zeichnend begleitet. Mit dabei waren „China girl“, „Space Oddity“, „Starman“, „I’m afraid of Americans“, „The man who sold the world“ und viele, viele andere.

I had some free time to doodle a Ziggy Stardust 2001 illustration with the iconic spaceship and the EVA pod.
Mein David Bowie Comic „Starman“ ist diese Woche in den Läden in Deutschland aufgeschlagen und kommt in zwei grossartigen Editionen daher, als normale und als auf 1972 Exemplare limitierte Luxusausgabe mit Siebdruck und Silbercover mit verstecktem Bild.

Ende November ist es soweit und der Comic „Starman – David Bowies Ziggy Stardust years“ kommt in die Läden. Zum Release gibt es eine fulminante Release Party im SO36 in Berlin, Kreuzberg.
Die Band „The Good Sons“ spielen ein komplettes Set aus David Bowie Songs und ich werde sie live zeichnend begleiten. Die Bilder werden am Ende wieder für Sea Watch versteigert. Danach soll getanzt werden mit DJ Karina Qanir.

The Bowie comic book „Starman – David Bowies Ziggy Stardust years“ will hit the stores by the end of November. So lets celebrate the book with a tremendous party at the famous SO36 club. The „Good Sons“ will play a full set of David Bowie songs and I will accompany them drawing live to each song. The drawings will be auctioned after the show for SeaWatch. The night will get wild with the music of DJ Karina Qanir.
